President Pan and his entourage, accompanied by Chen Xiaolei, vice president of the group, visited the product exhibition hall and watched the enterprise propaganda film in the conference room, learned in detail about the development history and business management of Paradise Group, fully affirmed the humanized management of Paradise Group, the development status of the industry, and the development strategy and concept of the enterprise, and gave a high appraisal to the work of Paradise Group in the aspects of independent innovation, scientific and technological achievements transformation and enterprise culture construction.

President Pan also listened carefully to Vice President Chen Xiaolei's introduction of the company's product development and expressed his hope that the company would dig deeper into the artistic language and patterns suitable for the creativity of umbrella products in product design, and carry out the exploration of new product development and new styles of visual aesthetics. As the director of the jury of "Mayor's Cup" Creative Hangzhou Industrial Design Competition, President Pan highly praised the company's ability to participate in the competition for six consecutive years. He believes that traditional manufacturing enterprises like Paradise Umbrella Industry should actively participate in this kind of activities, absorb advanced creative thinking and creative ways, and actively promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.

In the process of communication, Vice President Chen Xiaolei introduced to President Pan and his party the cultural creative products of Paradise, "Bamboo Language" series and "Paradise - West Lake Silk Umbrella" series, and said that the enterprise is actively cooperating with Taiwan cartoonist Tsai Chih-chung, Chinese oil painting master Chen Lan and other famous artists to develop a lot of new cultural creative products.
